Whidbey Island Weddings is a collective of 3 gorgeous venues on beautiful Whidbey Island, located about 30 minutes north of Seattle and a short ferry ride. Each unique venue is set on a picturesque location, and is ideal for a relaxed and intimate ceremony and reception.  We provide wedding planning/coordination at all locations. and our team works hard to ensure that everything runs smoothly, so you can enjoy your very special day. 


THE WAYFARER (accommodates up to 100 guests) rental includes:

  • Access to The Wayfarer grounds for 1 full day 
  • Access to The Wayfarer for coordinated rehearsal
  • Bridal cottage to get ready
  • Grooms cabin to get ready
  • Coordination and styling of wedding according to your vision(table placement, guest sign in table, beverage table, table numbers, escort cards, etc.)
  • Coordination of all vendors involved in event (caterer, photographer, cake, etc.)  
  • Floral arrangement throughout farm (floral package is an additional discounted fee)
  • Bouquets, boutonniers, wristlets, corsages (floral package is an additional discounted fee)
  • Custom made farm tables (seat 8-10 each)   
  • Mismatched vintage chairs to go with farm tables
  • Wood slatted folding chairs for ceremony
  • Bistro chairs and tables set up through out farm
  • Complimentary beverage service (iced tea, lemonade, water)
  • iPod ready outdoor speakers for dance floor, cocktail barn and ceremony barn 
  • iPod ready portable speaker for toasts, microphones, and stands.
  • String lights over the dance floor 
  • Chandeliers with candles over farm tables
  • Lawn games (giant Jenga, bocce, horseshoes, croquet, and bean bag toss)
  • Use of our vintage "collection" (milk glass vases, blue mason jars, typewriters, window frames, bicycles, crates, etc.)
  • Personalized signage (dinner, bar menu, dessert, etc)
  • Restrooms ( 2 men's, 2 women's ADA accessible)
  • All set-up/break-down of farm (including all tables, chairs, guest sign in area, bar area, ceremony site, lawn games, etc. and general clean-up
  • Tents and outdoor heaters (if needed)
  • Firepits and adirondack chairs
  • Complimentary Coffee service
  • Parking (parking for 25 vehicles) with parking attendant
  • Organization and orchestration of rehearsal

CROCKETT FARM (accomodates up to 200 guests) rental includes:

  • Access to Crockett Farm for 1 full day
  • Access to Crockett Farm for coordinated rehearsal
  • Bridal party ready room
  • Groom space to get ready
  • Bed + breakfast on farm (optional 2 night stay)
  • Coordination and styling of wedding according to your vision (table placement, guest sign in table, beverage table, table numbers, escort cards, etc.)
  • Coordination of all vendors involved in event (caterer, photographer, cake, etc.)
  • Floral arrangement throughout farm (floral package is an additional discounted fee)
  • Bouquets, boutonniers, wristlets, corsages (floral package is an additional discounted fee)
  • Round tables and chairs for reception
  • White wood folding chairs for ceremony
  • ​Bistro chairs and tables set up through out farm

JENNE FARM - (accommodates up to 120 guests) rental includes:

  • Access to Jenne Farm for 4day/3night stay (or longer), excluding large barn
  • Access for coordinated rehearsal 
  • Bridal area to get ready within farmhouse 
  • Grooms area to get ready 
  • Wedding coordination to include: event coordinator and assistant for coordination of all vendors involved in event such as caterer, photographer, cake, band, etc.
  • Coordination and overall styling of wedding (including floral arrangement, bouquets and boutenniers, table placement, collection of cards and gifts, ceremony site, guest sign in area, cocktail area, beverage table, lawn games, etc.)
  • Day-of coordination from vendor arrival and first look to overseeing ceremony and reception 
  • Floral centerpieces for farm tables and floral arrangements throughout farm. Bridal bouquets, boutonniers, wristlets, corsages, etc.  We work with local island farms as much as possible to acquire the best flowers for your wedding (cost of flowers not included)
  • Custom made farm tables with string lighting above.
  • Vintage wood slatted folding chairs for ceremony
  • Bistro chairs and tables set up through out farm 
  • iPod ready speakers in granary
  • iPod portable speaker for toasts
